Spróbowałam, bo miałam chęć na coś nowego, lecz nie spodziewałam się, że są tak dobre. Jest to genialny pomysł dla osób, które lubią, gdy śniadanie robi się prawie „samo”.
Składniki:
- 4- 5 jajek
- 2 łyżki mleka
- łyżeczka ziół prowansalskich
- sól, pieprz
- 3 plasterki żółtego sera
- 5 plasterków szynki
- 0,5 papryki czerwonej
- kawałek ogórka
To produkty, które akurat miałam pod ręką. Tak naprawdę możecie wykorzystać wszystko, na co macie ochotę. U mnie z reguły 4 pierwsze składniki pojawiają się zawsze, reszta jest różna. Muffinki jajeczne z pieczarkami, brokułami, szpinakiem, smakują równie dobrze.
Brak zawartości mąki jest plusem dla osób, które są na diecie bezglutenowej.
Jak robimy muffinki jajeczne?
- Jajka mieszamy z mlekiem, ziołami oraz przyprawami.
Resztę produktów kroimy w kosteczkę i wkładamy je do formy na muffinki- najlepiej silikonowej, będzie wygodniejsza. Zalewamy nasze składniki masą jajeczną. - Wkładamy formę do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180 st. i pieczemy 20-25 minut.
- Gotowe muffinki przekładamy na talerzyk i posypujemy świeżym szczypiorkiem. Z podanych składników wychodzi 6 sztuk muffinek.
