Serusie- przepis na pączki serowe.
Tłusty Czwartek już w przyszłym tygodniu, dlatego mam dziś dla Was przepis na pączki, który jest łatwy i dość szybki do wykonania. Mini pączki serowe, tak zwane serusie, goszczą u nas corocznie w Tłusty Czwartek. Mam nadzieję, że Wy również się do nich przekonacie.
Z przepisu wychodzi ok 60-70 mniejszych sztuk.
Składniki:
* 500 g twarogu
* 4 jajka
* 2 szklanki mąki pszennej
* 4 łyżki cukru
* 4 łyżki gęstej śmietany
* 2 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej
* 1 łyżeczka spirytusu lub octu
* ziarenka z 1 laski wanilii lub cukier waniliowy (16 g)
dodatkowo:
* cukier puder do posypania pączków
* olej do smażenia
Wykonanie:
Ser przepuścić przez maszynkę. Dodać do niego resztę składników i dobrze wymieszać (ja zaczynam mieszać łyżką, kończę zwilżoną ręką).
Następnie trzeba uformować pączki, można zrobić to dwiema łyżkami lub zwilżonymi rękoma (wtedy ciasto się do nich nie przykleja).
Rozgrzać w garnku olej, do 180 stopni C. Pączki wrzucać partiami i smażyć na złoty kolor, z obu stron. (Smażymy na głębokim oleju, więc pączki „pływają” i łatwo je obrócić).
Pamiętajmy o tym, że pączki w trakcie smażenia zwiększają swoją objętość- przez obecność sody.
Usmażone pączki serowe kładziemy na ręcznik papierowy, który wsiąknie nadmiar tłuszczu. Ostudzone serusie posypujemy cukrem pudrem.
Ten przepis na pączki dostałam od mojej mamy, to ona zapoczątkowała u nas w domu małe, serowe pączki. Od siebie daję tylko ziarenka z laski wanilii.
